A small California mountain community is terrorized by a murderous monster that is stalking the townspeople and savagely murdering them. The undead thing is believed the to be the incarnation of an infamous Spanish Conquistador who was killed in the mountains during an Indian raid.

Filmed in scenic Big Bear, California, this drive-in theater thriller is the first film effort of 50s cult filmmaker Richard Cunha (FRANKENSTEIN'S DAUGHTER, SHE DEMONS). Starring sci-fi leading man, Ed Kemmer (SPACE PATROL), Morris Ankrum (INVADERS FROM MARS) and Buddy Baer (Max's brother) as the Giant. One of the last films of monster make-up artist Jack Pierce (FRANKENSTEIN, THE MUMMY).
